A-W-2 | The student is obliged to prepare for each lecture in accordance with the established schedule. In particular, he should familiarize himself with the obligatory literature on the issues under discussion and have notes enabling him to speak in the discussion initiated by the teacher in the final part of the lecture. The key activities are: 1. the ability to find and provide in the original wording of the legal provision regarding a hypothetical legal situation, 2. correct interpretation of the legal record, 3. providing the occurrence of possible contradictions, for example, the inclusion of an issue from the point of view of various entities of the investment process.
